A brief process guide, this Grantcraft publication provides and introduction to theory-of-change and logic model process and problem solving methodologies. Private and corporate foundations and government agencies are promoting the use of these kinds of tools to encourage more rigorous and disciplined policy and program design, invite cross-agency collaboration, and improve target-setting and performance measurement.
